Billing Support

Some common billing questions:
 

  • I have a question about my media invoice, who do I contact? Please contact your Account Representative directly at  Cayuga Radio Group. If you are not sure, please call (607) 257-6400. This is the fastest way to resolve any questions.

  • I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC? NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your Finger Lakes Favorites schedule.

  • We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form. Finger Lakes Favorites is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.

  • I ordered something from the store, when will it arrive? Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the creation of your custom order and shipping. All orders are processed the day they are received. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage.
